We are using the open-source web application called ‘‘Jupyter Notebook and Jupyter Lab‘‘ to creat and share documents that contain live code, equations, visualizations and narrative text. Which includes: data cleaning and transformation, numerical simulation, statistical modeling, data visualization, machine learning, and etc.
